. There were fewer disruptions to lessons.
Several essential oils are recommended, including:
- bergamot;
- cedarwood
- clary sage;
- eucalyptus;
- frankincense
- geranium
- lavender
- orange
- patchouli;
- peppermint;
- rosemary;
- sandalwood; and
- ylang ylang.
